Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He likes to wear brown tank tops with green pants, marred by beers. His hair is golden and very short. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and human compassion

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a fancy blue suit. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has no hair. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To pay off his debts.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerard grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
