History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
