Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
