History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Peter is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Balimaar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He takes great joy in being the best Bricklayer in town.

History: Born in the east to a Bricklayer, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down
