Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he dresses well, wearing pastel shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has moderate length black hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gilbert will drive conversation. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When Gilbert reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has amber eyes and a brown hat with a white feather.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a great chef.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Alexandre was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting brigands, the young Bertram began to lead the lost caravan. Now he works as a singing tutor during his time off.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and retire the richest man in the south
