Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Adelard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Adelard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
