Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Animal Trainer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
