History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Frederick was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: Theodoric speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
