His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fisher responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
