History: Roland was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
