Personality: Manfred is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
