History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Rolf was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He now owns his own business.
