Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 81. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He takes great joy in being the best Barkeep in town.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Bernard took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barkeep for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Description: He is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lewis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Hunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Blacksmith soon after.
