Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His ears are large.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: Aldous was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a jeweler again

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he tends to wear a large black jacket. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Charles is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Charles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. He has worked as a Dilettante like his mother before him.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new dilettante responsibilities is difficult
