History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Everard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Everard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Odo was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he feels kind of lost in life
