History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Hunter.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Navigator but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
