Gilbert Thorpe, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears long strands of emerald and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his trident, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Gilbert was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by his family
Ideals: Pacifist. Flaws: Insomniac, Antagonistic. Bonds: Rich, Family. Occupation: Mercenary
Voice: Speaks with back of mouth

Wymar Marleigh, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and he is wracked by social anxiety
Flaws: Selfish, Fearful. Bonds: Enemies, Military, Job. Occupation: Marshal
Voice: Breathy voice

Alex Stansfield, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a greatsword on his belt. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to prove his worth to the world
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Antagonistic, Impulsive. Bonds: Attractive. Occupation: Performer
Voice: Sleepy voice

Everard Oakes, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair is red and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Doctor. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is unsatisfied with his job
Flaws: Insane. Bonds: Immigrant, Job, Attractive, Religious. Occupation: Doctor
Voice: Cold and demanding tone

Simon Leighton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Simon is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by drow. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Simon was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
