History: Raymond was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Raymond never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Revenge.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a miner and was forced into it by his family
