He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: Justin was born the youngest of three triplets. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
