History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Aldous never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. He is baby faced.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
