Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears bulky green painted plate armor. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and sabotage a competitor

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
