History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Nicholas began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Nicholas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
