History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Charles was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Weaver. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
