History: Born to a Tanner, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
