Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
