Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and he perpetually has his shield ready. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears a colorful flower in his auburn hair. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Arnold embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears blue trousers with black and blue striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His chestnut hair is cut short. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Architect and was forced into it by his family.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing yellow cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His hair is silver and curly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
