Conrad Bentham, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is blonde and very short. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Conrad took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personal [hide]
Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, and he perpetually has his shortspear ready. His hair is red and very short. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roger does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Roger was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
