History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Adelard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Hubert was born with his mother's beautiful face.
