Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Bernard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Chad reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: An older man who wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Dilettante but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Cartwright, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
