History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. History: Diggory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now owns his own business.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
