Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Randal was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
