Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Bertram was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He struck the Locksmith job and began his own company from there.
