History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shoemaker and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his son

The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Miles was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
