His golden hair is braided into rings. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his brown hair down. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gifted student he started as a Priest, but he got bored and became a Body Guard. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
