Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Theobald's homeland. Theobald decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bertram isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Bertram was born with his mother's beautiful face. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and money/treasure

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
