Personality: Frederick is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
