History: He was born in the north. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He stands about 5'2" and wears a white vest and prefers tan and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His brown hair is braided into rings. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stylist. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Now he works as a singing tutor during his time off.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Gunter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Navigator like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult.
