Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Norman enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
