History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job
