History: Hugh was born with his mother's beautiful face. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite.
