History: Patrick was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Roofer father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his club, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. He has moderate length golden hair. Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Norman was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is a Beggar first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bookbinder profession.

History: Gunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. During his travels, Gunter and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gunter discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gunter fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
