Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
