History: Born in the north to a Bookbinder, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He worked as a nervous Detective and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mortician. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears pastel trousers with blue and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kyle was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Kyle liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
