History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
