Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
