History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Bernard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Barrister, but he got bored and became a Tailor. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
