Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Alexandre was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Alexandre's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
