History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Lewis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a great chef.

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and wants his loneliness to end
