History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His childhood dream was to be a Priest, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
