Personality: Nicholas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Nicholas is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Nicholas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. History: He was born in the west. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Aldous has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This slender man stands about 5'9". He dresses like a well dressed Knight does. His golden hair is braided into rings. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Knight born in the past three hundred years. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Manfred is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: This younger middle-aged man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Bernard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he's repulsed by the pc
